1. Refund: No refund once the website system confirmed the payment
2. Exchange: No product exchange once the website system confirmed the payment
3. Damaged Products: please send email to email@example.com with below information within seven (7) days,
a) Order ID
b) Product name
c) Damaged situation with unopened pictures
d) Contact name and phone
Once the return has been accepted, a return confirmation form will be attached to customer. Please send the printed return confirmation form together with the returned goods. After the goods have been returned to the warehouse and the inspection is completed, we will process your refund within ten (10) working days.
